Fire Creek Ranch is located in western Montana between two mountain ranges in the Lolo National Forest. The scenic 400-acre property was expressly designed as a breeding facility for some of the nation's premier stock of performance quarter horses. Named after one of the clear mountain streams that flows through the ranch, it provides a rare physical landscape for the breeding and raising of exceptional stock. Fields for grazing, as well as those cut for winter feed, are under constant maintenance and are weed free. The water is mountain pure and the air, pine scented and clear. While the ranch boasts an immaculate 14-stall barn, vet room, and indoor riding arena, Fire Creek horses are, with the exception of unusual circumstances, pastured at all times on hundreds of acres of groomed grass. This environment, together with individual handling and daily assessment of development, produce exceptional stock with good mental attitude and fine physical form.
